Who are the candidates on EarlyCareerZ?
Candidates include domestic and international students or recent graduates from universities and vocational institutions across Australia. They have studied in Business, IT, Engineering, and Science.
What candidate information do we see?
You see their EarlyCareerZ profile presented in a resume format with key information including education, experience, skills, preferences etc. You can download this as a PDF. You'll also view their video to gauge communication skills and potential team fit.
How many candidates are in each talent pool?
Our talent pools are growing every week through our relationships with universities, industry associations and direct marketing. While numbers vary by category, what sets EarlyCareerZ apart is the quality and targeting. You’re not sifting through hundreds of irrelevant resumes. What happens after I subscribe?
If your subscription includes access to a talent pool, you will receive separate login details to www.gradsiftextra.com.au. You will have full access to candidates and can reach out directly to those you're interested in.
If your subscription included an email campaign, we will notify you as soon as the campaign is sent.
Can I switch plans or talent pools?
Standard talent access plans are for 30 days to one talent pool. You can extend at any time by re-subscribing for a 30 day plan. Or you can access another talent pool through a separate subscription.
Is the subscription auto-renewed?
No. We will send you a reminder but you're in control of the duration of your access. Contact us if you require access beyond 30 days.
Can I contact candidates for a job that's not career-related?
No. EarlyCareerZ is designed to support students and graduates in building their professional experience. Employers should only contact candidates for roles that support career development.
For example, a casual marketing assistant role is appropriate. A cafe wait service role is not. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help clarify. employersupport@earlycareerz.com.au
