HR Coordinator

About You: Prior experience in an HR administration, coordination, or generalist support role (hospitality or multi-site experience a plus) Understanding of Australian employment law and awards (Hospitality Industry General Award or similar) Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple venues/stakeholders at once Confident using HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. Employment Hero, Deputy, or similar) Excellent communication skills and a discreet, professional approach to sensitive information A proactive, hands-on attitude — comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business
