About Finance
Join our rotational program if you’re passionate about core, commercial finance and want to build a career where your work genuinely supports business decisions. Designed for Accounting and Finance graduates with a clear commitment to management accounting and financial control, the program offers hands-on experience across corporate partnering, planning and reporting, and finance process optimisation.
You’ll work alongside experienced finance leaders who partner closely with our business to deliver trusted financial management - owning budgeting, forecasting, performance insights and controls that matter.

About You
You’re in your final year of a Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or Commerce degree.
You’re available to commence your full-time career in March 2027.
You’re an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident in Australia.
To be successful in this role you are:
Commercially curious and interested in understanding how finance supports better business decisions and enjoy connecting numbers to real-world outcomes.
Willing to keep learning and motivated to deepen capability in financial control, planning and reporting over time.
Analytical with good judgement.
Collaborative and relationship focused.
Proactive, adaptable and improvement minded.
