As an Assistant Buyer, you'll work closely with our Product and Buying teams, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes exposure to how products move from concept to store. You'll be supported by an experienced team while developing practical commercial and operational skills in a fast-paced retail business. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll provide key support across the Buying function, including: Supporting the Buying team with day-to-day coordination and administration Maintaining and updating product information, pricing, and data accuracy Using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Assisting with communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders Supporting product launches, promotions, and range updates Monitoring timelines and helping ensure key milestones are achieved Preparing reports, presentations, and general team documentation What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn — not necessarily years of experience. You'll ideally have: A recent university qualification (all disciplines welcome) Previous retail experience, highly regarded Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities A proactive, can-do mindset with a genuine desire to grow and develop The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Why Join Us?
