Who could you be at GHD? Are you looking to kickstart your career with an internship over the summer? We're looking for a motivated candidate to join our Architecture & Design and Building Engineering team in Newcastle as an intern for a three months period, with the prospect to transfer into a formal cadetship obtaining an Advanced TAFE Diploma in Civil drafting and documentation. You'll assist in working on varied projects across a range of clients as a Documentation Technician (intern). Assist in the preparation of technical deliverables in the form of design drawings based on engineering calculations and sketches. Collaborate and work on major projects alongside industry leading senior technicians, designers and engineers. Get meaningful feedback in your internship and we’ll help iron out any kinks along the way – and if all things go well, we would look to transition you into a permanent cadetship.
