Our Financial Support Specialist role works with our clients to assist and help resolve the impact of financial hardship, assessing requests for assistance and providing solutions to ensure the best outcome for our clients. Desired Skills and Experience
You will be responsible for:
*Managing a portfolio of client accounts
*Creating tailored solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship
*Developing a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious and responsible
*Providing exceptional customer service

*A natural empathy with clients and ability to deal with sensitive circumstances
*Accountability to manage your own work
