Reporting to the Delivery Operations Leader, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transform operational and financial data into meaningful business insights that drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across Australia and New Zealand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data, identifying improvement opportunities, and influencing business outcomes.

Suitable for fresh graduates or final year university students looking to build experience in a large multinational organization.β
As our Business Operations Analyst, you will
Analyze operational asset utilization, costs and performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
Review operational expenditure and validate supplier charges.
Identify billing discrepancies and cost recovery opportunities.
Support supplier performance monitoring and governance reviews.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights using Excel and Power BI.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement and business leaders.
Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document business requirements, workflows and operational processes.β
What You'll Need to be Successful
A degree (or currently studying) in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis, modelling and reporting.
Experience using Power BI to create dashboards and visualize data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
An interest in operational performance, business analytics and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A continuous improvement and transformation mindset.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
