Join JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team as an Assistant Valuer and kick-start your career in one of Australia's most dynamic property markets. This is your opportunity to work alongside experienced valuers on high-profile commercial properties while developing expertise that will set the foundation for your professional growth.
A snapshot of the duties and responsibilities:
*Inspecting properties with a qualified valuer when required
*Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs
*Preparing research for valuation reports
*Entering key tenancy and information into the valuation model
*Inserting market evidence
*Reviewing lease information
*Going over initial details with a qualified valuer to finalise reports
*Assisting valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives
*Developing your market knowledge
Qualifications:
*You have obtained a relevant tertiary qualification in Property, and you’ve realised your passion is a career in real estate valuation!
*You have a high attention to detail and are proficient in learning new systems, processes and technology.
*Also important is strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
