Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Civil/Environmental Engineers (focused on Water Resources and Surface Water Assessment) to join our Project Delivery Group, supporting the Civil/Hydrotechnical team in Brisbane. What we do: Our team works on variety of projects in the field of mining, energy and infrastructure. Some of the services that we provide are: *Hydrological and hydraulic (flood) modelling and assessment *Drainage analysis *Climate change impact assessment (flooding and drought) including water planning. *Hydraulic analysis and design of water structures (e.g., diversions, levees, culverts, bridges, spillways, chutes, energy dissipation structures, etc.) *Consequence category and dam break assessments of water and tailings storages *Water balance & reservoir operations modelling *Stormwater & water quality management As the successful candidate, you will be: *Passionate about innovation and technology *Exceptional communicators *Collaborators who think laterally and innovatively to solve problems *Driven and achievement orientated *Find satisfaction in creating positive change You bring to the role: *Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a strong academic record *Leadership and teamwork skills *Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills *An ability to think laterally and innovatively *A passion and drive to make a real difference NB - You must submit a copy of your academic transcript (official or unofficial) to be considered for this role.
