What candidate information do we see?
You see their EarlyCareerZ profile with skills and interests; a visual display of their background and strengths; resume and video if provided.
What is a Hiring BlitZ?
It's a focused burst of recruitment activity, say four weeks, when employers who are ready to hire, connect directly with students, grads and early career professionals actively looking for opportunities.
How many candidates are in each talent pool?
Our talent pools are growing every week through our relationships with universities, industry associations and viral sharing. Not all candidates choose to be directly accessed by employers. But you can still reach them through targeted email campaigns or free job posts.
How is this different to a job board?
