Please read these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the EarlyCareerZ website (earlycareerz.com.au) and the GradSiftExtra platform (gradsiftextra.com.au) (collectively referred to as "the Site").

By accessing or using the EarlyCareerz website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy and Cookies Policies.

When you register as an Applicant or Client on GradSiftExtra.com.au, you separately agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of that platform.

EarlyCareerz and GradSiftExtra are operated by Starforce International Pty Ltd ABN 28 108 499 029, trading as EarlyCareerZ and GradSift, respectively.

EarlyCareerZ may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

Definitions
"Clients" are individuals or organisations who register and are approved to access the platform to source candidates.

"Applicants" are individuals who register as Candidates/Applicants/Students/Graduates seeking employment opportunities.

"EarlyCareerZ" refers to the EarlyCareerZ website and services.

"GradSiftExtra" refers to the GradSiftExtra website and services where Applicants register and where Clients source candidates.

Responsibilities of Clients and Applicants
Clients and Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any information they provide to EarlyCareerZ or GradSiftExtra.

Applicants acknowledge that by providing information, they consent to Clients accessing that information for the purpose of employment consideration.

EarlyCareerZ uses its best efforts to ensure that Client use of Applicant data complies with GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act requirements. However, EarlyCareerZ is not liable for misuse by Clients or other users of the Site, including activities such as spamming, solicitation, marketing, or unauthorised data harvesting.

If EarlyCareerZ becomes aware of any inappropriate behaviour by a Client or user, it will take action to remove that Client or user from the platform.

Use of Information

Information provided on the Site is for personal use only and must not be sold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes beyond considering Applicants for employment.

EarlyCareerZ does not endorse or recommend any Clients, Applicants, or employment opportunities. It is the sole responsibility of Clients and Applicants to conduct their own due diligence and assessment before entering into any arrangement.

EarlyCareerZ strongly recommends obtaining independent legal, accounting, financial, or tax advice before making any decisions based on information accessed through the Site.

EarlyCareerZ disclaims all liability for any decision or action taken based on information provided through the Site.

Managing Your Account

Applicants can remove their profiles at any time by logging into their GradSiftExtra account.

Clients may request account deletion by emailing admin@earlycareerz.com.au.

Use of Organisation Name

Clients agree that EarlyCareerZ may reference their organisation name in general communications. Personal or sensitive information will not be disclosed without consent.

Privacy and Data Security

EarlyCareerZ takes all reasonable steps to secure user information. Servers are located in controlled facilities in Australia.

EarlyCareerZ complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and maintains a Data Breach Response Plan to notify users and authorities in the event of a data breach.

Third-Party Links and Content

EarlyCareerZ may provide links to third-party websites for user convenience but is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or copyright compliance of any linked site. EarlyCareerZ does not endorse or recommend any linked third-party sites.

Intellectual Property

Copyright in materials and trademarks displayed on the Site are owned by Starforce International Pty Ltd unless otherwise indicated. Users agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights owned by EarlyCareerZ.

Warranty Disclaimer

EarlyCareerZ does not guarantee or warrant that the services available through its Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the service will be corrected. EarlyCareerZ cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of malware or contaminating or destructive properties.

While EarlyCareerZ takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on EarlyCareerZ systems or on EarlyCareerZ's Site. EarlyCareerZ disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur.

Account Security

To become a registered user, you must provide a password and an email login name for GradSiftExtra. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login name.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following the instructions on GradSiftExtra.

You agree to immediately notify GradSiftExtra of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.

Limitation of Liability
EarlyCareerZ and GradSiftExtra are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data. EarlyCareerZ’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination
If you violate any provision of this Agreement, EarlyCareerZ reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia sitting in New South Wales.

Miscellaneous
If any part of this agreement is held invalid, that part shall be severed from this agreement, and the remainder of the agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Starforce International Pty Ltd, trading as GradSift and EarlyCareerZ unless otherwise indicated. You agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by EarlyCareerZ.

Important Notes for Applicants and Clients:

When registering as an Applicant or Client on GradSiftExtra, you are separately agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on that platform.

EarlyCareerZ and GradSiftExtra share a common parent company but operate distinct platforms with separate registrations and T&Cs.
